Belgium based Wafa Bank boosts its customer services by integrating SMS banking with its GLOBUS™ banking application. Wafa Bank has built various customer oriented services around its SMS banking solution. Customers can both request and receive banking information on real-time. SMS text service includes account balances request, Cheque book status notification, investment maturity notification, loan repayment notifications, unpaid cheque status, and new product notifications.
