SMS Banking boost Wafa Bank customer services
Belgium based Wafa Bank boosts its customer services by integrating SMS banking with its GLOBUS™ banking application. Wafa Bank has built various customer oriented services around its SMS banking solution. Customers can both request and receive banking information on real-time. SMS text service includes account balances request, Cheque book status notification, investment maturity notification, loan repayment notifications, unpaid cheque status, and new product notifications.

IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

Interface developments

Our wealth of experience, acquired over the years, enable Jethro to develop and provide clients with any type of interface that may be required during the course of implementation and after.
User Acceptance Tests

Along with User Functional Testing of all work done (customisation, new product development, and interface developments), User Acceptance Testing will be performed by client. Upon satisfaction of every requirement, the client representative will give his sign-off which indicates formal acceptance of the module/product tested.

Integration Testing

This stage enable client and Jethro team to perform integration testing of the newly customised and localised GLOBUS™ based on requirements and system built.
User Training

Jethro provide hands-on training and transfers of required knowledge to client users. Users are trained on their customised and localised GLOBUS™ instead of “generic” GLOBUS. This approach ensures that their confidence and comfort with GLOBUS™ are secured. Relevant documents of all work done and work flow are also provided to assist them in their daily operations.
Data Migration

Jethro team along with client representatives will extract data from existing system and migrate them to GLOBUS™. Our approach involves performing this process at least twice before going live.
System Acceptance

At this stage client will formally acknowledge project completion by giving Jethro his sign-off and thereby accepting the system.
